Move, relax and connect in the heart of nature

Welcome to spend unforgettable moments at Ali-Ketola Farm. We offer refreshing workplace wellness days as well as relaxed and fun evenings for groups of friends in a unique rural setting. You can build the perfect programme for your group by choosing your favourite activities from our selection.

Wellbeing and movement

Our guided sessions are led by our partners Nina Nurkkala and Sanni Wallin. Every session is tailored to the wishes and needs of the group, so there is something suitable for first-timers and more experienced participants alike. Sessions take place on our premises and are a perfect addition to workplace wellness days, recreational evenings or meetings.

Yoga

A tailored session ranging from gentle to dynamic. Supports physical wellbeing, improves mobility and brings balance to everyday life. Suitable for all levels.

Latinflow

An energetic and joyful dance session to the rhythm of Latin music. No previous experience needed, the most important thing is to let yourself go. Includes hip and chest movements, no choreography.

Men's yoga

A relaxed and accessible form of yoga focusing on stretching and breathing. Perfect for releasing tension in the body and recovering without any pressure to perform.

Sound bowl relaxation

A deeply relaxing experience in the vibrations of singing bowls. Choose between a guided sound journey or a quieter, more free-flowing experience. Leads both body and mind into a state of calm.

Gentle body care

A calm moment for body and mind. Gentle movements, stretching and relaxation. The perfect counterbalance to the busyness of everyday life.

Restorative yoga

A deeply restorative session combining mindfulness, gentle poses and slow stretches. Supports holistic relaxation and relief from stress.

Barre

An effective yet gentle workout combining pilates, ballet and dance. Focuses especially on strengthening the core and lower body. Suitable for both men and women.

Wellbeing lectures

Inspiring and practical lectures to support workplace wellbeing. Topics are tailored to the needs of the group, for example the workplace community as a resource or finding your own voice.

Bubbly workout

A fun and relaxed exercise session combining light movement and a bubbly atmosphere. Suitable for everyone, the most important thing is enjoyment rather than performance.

Togetherness and team spirit

The best memories are made together. We offer fun and suitably challenging activities that bring your group closer to one another. These activities are perfect for strengthening team spirit or for a recreational day with friends. No special skills are required and the programme is designed so that everyone can join in.

Team building activities

Team spirit building activities that are suitably challenging and bring the group closer together. Expect laughter and plenty of new insights.

Men's Olympics

A playful competition testing team spirit, creativity and humour. Suitable for everyone and requires no special skills.

Minigolf

A relaxed round in our yard. Suitable for everyone and works well both as a warm-up activity and as a main activity.

Nature and on the water

Ali-Ketola Farm, with its beautiful riverside views and surrounding forests, provides an ideal setting for hiking, canoeing on the Kokemäenjoki River, or enjoying minigolf and darts on our grounds. At our rural tourism farm, you can relax at your own pace—whether that means finding peace in nature, trying your hand at yard games, or exploring local activity providers. The Kokemäki and greater Satakunta region offers a wealth of experiences, from reindeer farm visits and horseback riding to ATV safaris and fishing. We’re happy to help you plan the perfect day immersed in nature!

Canoeing

Explore the Kokemäki River from the water in canoes or kayaks. Equipment is included in the price and group trips include a guide. Suitable for beginners as well.

Fishing and angling

The Kokemäki River is known as an excellent fishing river. You can easily catch fish from our pier with a worm hook. Fishing rods are available to borrow from the farm. Your catch can be grilled over the open fire of the outdoor fireplace on the smoke sauna terrace.

Church boat rowing

A traditional team activity on the Kokemäki River. An excellent way to spend a fun day together and practise effective teamwork in the peace of nature. Ask for a quote for your group.

Sauna treatments

Treat your body and mind on a sauna visit. In the rose sauna, the body is washed with rose products, with scrubbing for the body and face as well as rose oil and serum. The treatment includes a foot bath. All treatments take place in a traditional wood-heated sauna.

Year-round wellbeing programme

A single workplace wellness day is a great start, but lasting change comes from regularity. The year-round wellbeing programme is designed for workplaces that want to invest in the wellbeing of their staff in a long-term and structured way.

Workplace wellbeing is not built in a single day, it grows from small everyday actions and regular care. We offer a year-long wellbeing programme where we come together four times a year to strengthen resilience, team spirit and enjoyment at work.

Introductory visit

We visit your workplace to map out the needs, wishes and development areas of your work community.

A dedicated theme for the whole year

We build a tailored annual theme for you that genuinely supports your everyday work and goals.

Four meetings throughout the year

We meet four times during the year. Each session builds on the previous one and we progress in a structured way towards better wellbeing.

Summary and achievements

At the final session we look back on the themes, insights and achievements of the year.
